Celeste Talley is the Executive Chef and Owner of Celeste’s Kitchen & Catering. She is originally from the southern part of New Jersey and currently resides in South Phoenix, AZ with her husband. She graduated from Arizona State University and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Business and Communication. The reason Celeste started this company is because she is very passionate about cooking and wanted to follow in her father’s footsteps.

  The late Donald Roach Sr., owned a restaurant, Hearts of Lettuce, in the late 80’s to early 90’s serving healthy cuisine including salads and soups. When her father passed away in 2017, Celeste sought to keep her father’s legacy alive. Her father gave her the skills needed to become a great chef. When it comes to food, she does it all, from the basics of chocolate chip cookies to more elaborate in house recipes like Celeste’s Famous Chocolate Chip Cheesecake. We serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. For any occasion, we have exactly what will match your needs. We cannot wait to see what the future has in store for this company
